1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are subject to the specific terms of the tour package booked. General eligibility requires cancellations to be made well in advance of the departure date.

2. Cancellation Timeframes

• Cancellations 30 days or more before departure: 100% refund (minus administrative fees).
• Cancellations 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Cancellations under 14 days before departure: No refund.

3. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items, such as pre-booked flights, customized arrangements, or non-refundable hotel deposits, may not be eligible for a refund.
